Stitched Mandala Series

Image
. The Space Between Breath In chaotic times, stitching mandalas has sustained my peace and well-being.  Each mandala is an exquisite sanctuary that holds the transformative power of creativity.   Each stitch is a wordless journey into the sacred. A mandala can be expansive. unending and where ideas of healing and meditation can be explored.  I desire to elicit peace if only for a moment, a stillness in the space between breath .

My Mandala Meditation Circuit was funded by the Waterloo Region Arts Fund and hangs at Knollwood Park in Kitchener. My colour installation at TheMuseum.  It was 8 feet high and 34 feet in length.  400 mandalas were created for this installation. It was 10 feet high and approximately 20 feet in width. My tree banner installation hung for two years during the worst of covid.  It brought joy and delight to the passers-by.
